PS4 500GB Console Only Firmware 11.0 is available from BK Shop. The information below provides useful details about PS4 500GB Console Only Firmware 11.0 to help you decide whether it is right for you.
Please review all of the information provided for PS4 500GB Console Only Firmware 11.0 before placing your order.
PS4 500GB Console Only Firmware 11.0
The PS4 500GB Console Only Firmware 11.0 is an original Sony PlayStation 4 with a fitted 500GB internal hard drive and system software version 11.00. This second-hand console has been fully tested and confirmed to be working.
It is suitable for customers replacing an existing console, building a setup with separately purchased accessories or specifically looking for a PS4 running firmware 11.00.
This listing is for the console only. Controllers, power leads, HDMI cables, games and additional accessories are not included unless expressly stated elsewhere in the listing.
Original PlayStation 4 Model
This is the original PlayStation 4 design, commonly called the PS4 Fat, rather than a PS4 Slim or PS4 Pro.
Its distinctive angular casing makes it recognisable alongside the later models. It provides access to compatible PS4 games and supports a range of entertainment functions, subject to the requirements of the individual game or application.
If you need a specific hardware model number, please contact BK Shop for any information not supplied in the listing.
System Software Version 11.00
The installed firmware is an important part of this listing. Version 11.00 may be of interest to enthusiasts researching firmware-specific homebrew and console customisation.
If you want to retain firmware 11.00, do not update the system software. Installing a newer version changes the console’s firmware and may affect compatibility with your intended software or modification method.
A standard factory reset does not restore an earlier firmware version. Downgrading is not available through the console’s normal system settings.
Before connecting the console to the internet, check its automatic download and update settings carefully.
Homebrew and Customisation
Customers interested in homebrew or modifications should research the requirements of their intended method before making changes. Compatibility can depend on the installed firmware, additional software, equipment and configuration.
The console is supplied as a standard working PS4 and is not advertised as already modified or jailbroken.
Any modification requires separate preparation and technical knowledge. The presence of firmware 11.00 does not guarantee successful setup, support for every application or compatibility with every feature you may wish to use.
Keeping a backup of important saved data is sensible before experimenting with system software or hardware changes.
500GB Internal Hard Drive
The fitted 500GB internal hard drive provides storage for game installations, saved progress, downloadable content, applications and system files.
Usable capacity is lower than the advertised drive size because of formatting and space reserved by the system. The number of games you can install depends on their individual sizes, updates and additional content.
Larger games can use a substantial amount of storage. Managing installed titles and removing content you no longer need can help maintain available space.
Additional Storage and Backups
Compatible external USB storage can provide additional space for installed games without replacing the internal hard drive. Any external drive must meet the PS4’s requirements and be configured appropriately.
An external drive is not included with this console.
Game storage and saved-data backups serve different purposes. Do not assume that using extended storage automatically creates a backup of your saved progress.
If you intend to replace the internal drive, research the system software reinstallation requirements first, particularly if preserving firmware 11.00 is essential to your purchase.
Compatible Games
The original PS4 supports a wide range of compatible PlayStation 4 games across action, adventure, racing, sport, fighting and other genres.
Physical games must meet the console’s installed software requirements. Access to digital games also depends on the relevant account, licences and any applicable service requirements.
Some games, updates, applications and online services may require firmware newer than 11.00. Keeping the installed version may therefore limit access to certain content or functions.
Check the requirements of the games you intend to play before purchasing, especially if you plan to keep the firmware unchanged.
Entertainment and Connectivity
The PlayStation 4 supports Blu-ray and DVD playback, HDMI output, USB accessories, Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking.
Availability of media applications and online services depends on their current requirements. Some functions may require internet access, account sign-in, initial activation or newer system software.
A suitable television or monitor, compatible connection cable, power lead and controller will be needed to use the console. These accessories must be obtained separately.
Tested Second-Hand Condition
This console is previously owned and has been tested and confirmed to be working.
Cosmetic signs of use may include scratches, scuffs, marks or other imperfections. These do not necessarily affect operation, but buyers should expect the appearance of a used item rather than a brand-new console.
The console includes its internal components and fitted hard drive. External accessories are excluded from this console-only listing.

The console supplied may differ in cosmetic appearance, including surface marks and other signs of previous ownership.
Please read the written condition information alongside the images. If a particular cosmetic detail matters to you, contact BK Shop before placing your order.
Firmware Changes After Purchase
Please consider any system update carefully if firmware 11.00 is your main reason for buying this console. Updating may change compatibility with your intended applications, and the previous version cannot ordinarily be restored through standard settings.
If a problem occurs after an update, modification or hardware change, contact BK Shop and explain what happened. Any return or remedy will be assessed according to the circumstances, including whether the change caused the reported fault.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

What Is PlayStation 4?
PlayStation 4, commonly called PS4, is a Sony home games console. BK Shop listings in this category may include consoles, games, controllers and accessories. Check each product listing for the exact item and what is included.
Console Models and Storage
PS4 consoles are available in different models, including original, Slim and Pro versions. Their features and storage can differ. Check the individual listing for the exact model, capacity, condition and included equipment.
PlayStation 4 Games
Choose software identified for PlayStation 4. Check the title, edition, disc condition and included contents. Additional downloadable content, unused codes and specialist accessories are not included unless expressly confirmed.
Controllers and Accessories
Choose controllers and accessories compatible with your console and the game you intend to use. A similar appearance or a PlayStation name does not establish compatibility across every console generation. Check the exact accessory model before ordering.
Older PlayStation Discs
PS4 does not play PS3, PS2 or original PlayStation game discs. A separately released PS4 version of an older game is different from using its original disc. Check that the software you are buying is suitable for PS4.
Condition and Included Items
Review photographs and the stated condition. Pre-owned products may show wear. Original boxes, manuals, controllers and cables are included only where confirmed by the listing. Check whether a product is complete or sold as an individual part.
Accounts, Updates and Online Features
Online features depend on the game, service availability, internet access and account requirements. Some features may need updates or subscriptions. Previous owners’ accounts and digital purchases should not be assumed included. Check current availability if a particular online feature matters to you.
Age Suitability and Safe Use
Check game age ratings and relevant accessory instructions. Connect the console using suitable equipment and allow ventilation. Review all product-specific information before ordering; the individual listing describes what you will receive.
