Having grown frustrated with how some larger second-hand online shops treat both buyers and sellers, we made the choice to launch our own internet retail business.
As the owners of a modest second-hand online shop located in Ilkeston (Derbyshire) & Leighton Buzzard (Bedfordshire). We aim to offer toys and electronics that deliver excellent value for money and provide you and your loved ones with entertainment for many hours.
We thoroughly research and test the items we sell to ensure we only stock what we truly believe in.
We sell stock that doesn't enter our store on; Vinted , Facebook Marketplace & Whatnot
Our Promise to You

- Offer a warranty but refuse to honour the agreement.
- Ban you from our company on malicious allegations.
- Withhold personal information from you when you request it.
We promise to;
- Listen to our customers and adapt our business to your needs (when we can).
- To take advantage of our reduced fees, simply select the bank transfer option at checkout. Our system will then email you an order form with payment instructions.
- To increase our delivery locations upon request, please email us with your desired location details, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Postage
It can be extremely frustrating and infuriating when a postal service loses or mishandles your package, leaving you with damaged goods and a lengthy and difficult claims process. It's especially annoying when that company is unwilling to fully compensate you for your losses. That's why we've opted for Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service, which provides a higher level of security and accountability.
What a refreshing change! It's great to hear that we have a Royal Mail postman who is diligent and responsible, unlike some other postal companies that seem to prioritise convenience over safety and security. It's unacceptable for parcels to be left in public areas, as it can lead to theft, damage, or loss. Our postman's commitment to doing things properly is a rare find, and we appreciate his efforts by passing more work onto this company.
All our parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail (48-hour tracked) within 7 days of the order being places. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email, once dispatched.
