Choose game software made for your console and a compatible Disney Infinity Base. Xbox 360 and Xbox One each require their own console-specific Base.
On PlayStation 5, use the PlayStation 4 version of Disney Infinity 2.0 or 3.0 with a compatible Base. Physical game discs require a PS5 with a compatible disc drive.
Choose Figures for Your Game
A figure’s release edition and its compatibility with a particular Play Set are different details, so check both before buying.
A character may work in an edition’s Toy Box without being playable in every Play Set. Some characters require crossover tokens or Champion Coins before entering another adventure.
Use the compatibility table alongside the listing. It includes best-estimate entries and should be treated as a guide rather than a guarantee of every gameplay function.
Explore Play Sets and Discs
Play Sets provide adventures based on particular worlds and characters, from Cars to Marvel and Star Wars. Toy Box Takeover and Toy Box Speedway offer further ways to play and appear alongside the Play Sets in our table.
Depending on the disc, additions can include character bonuses, costumes, tools, vehicles or Toy Box scenery. Functions and restrictions vary, so a disc that works in the Toy Box may not work in your chosen adventure.
Browse matching Play Set tags for figures, Play Set pieces and discs assigned to each adventure.
Make Your Display Your Own
Add colour and character to a shelf, desk or display cabinet. Group figures by film, franchise or edition, or arrange heroes alongside their rivals.
Choose characters and variants you enjoy, leave room for each figure and change your display whenever you like.

What Is Disney Infinity?
Disney Infinity is a toys-to-life video-game series that uses collectable figures, Play Set pieces and Power Discs with a Disney Infinity Base. Placing a compatible item on the Base brings characters, adventures or bonuses into the game.
The series has three main editions: Disney Infinity 1.0, Disney Infinity 2.0 and Disney Infinity 3.0. Always check the individual listing for the exact figure, disc, Play Set piece, game edition and platform being supplied.
Figures And Characters
Disney Infinity figures place a playable character into a compatible game. Figures released for an earlier edition can generally be used in the Toy Box of later editions, but figures made for a later edition cannot be used in an earlier game.
Character availability inside a Play Set is more restricted and depends on the Play Set and edition. Check compatibility before ordering.
Disney Infinity Editions
- 1.0: the original Disney and Pixar edition.
- 2.0: also known as Marvel Super Heroes.
- 3.0: includes Star Wars and additional Disney, Pixar and Marvel content.
Software, Play Sets and some accessories are edition-specific. A physical figure being recognised does not guarantee that every feature is available in every edition.
Play Set Pieces
A Play Set piece unlocks its themed story world and missions. Play Set pieces are designed for their stated Disney Infinity edition and require compatible game software, hardware and characters.
A Play Set piece is not the complete game by itself. Unless clearly stated, game discs, download codes, Bases, consoles and additional figures are not included.
Power Discs
Power Discs can unlock vehicles, weapons, abilities, costumes, helpers or Toy Box customisation. Round discs are normally placed beneath a character, while hexagonal discs are placed on the hexagonal area of the Base.
Power Disc compatibility and effects vary by edition and game mode. Packs may contain visible or blind-packed discs depending on the original release.
Bases And Console Compatibility
The Base must be suitable for the console being used. Xbox 360 and Xbox One each require their own console-specific Disney Infinity Base. Bases used with Wii, Wii U, PS3 and PS4 are generally the shared non-Xbox type.
The correct game software and a supported console are also required. Read the product description carefully before buying a replacement Base or game component.
Condition And Saved Data
Pre-owned figures and accessories may show cosmetic marks, scratches, colour variation or other signs of normal use. Product photographs and the individual description explain the visible condition and what is included.
A pre-owned figure may contain progress or ownership data from previous use. Compatible game menus may offer an option to reset a figure when required.
Important Information
Disney Infinity products are collectable gaming accessories and may not operate as standalone items. Required software, console, Base, internet features or other components are only included when clearly stated in the individual listing.
Online services and downloadable features may no longer be available. Core offline features depend on the edition, platform, software and accessories being used.
